Having confidence within yourself will change the way you live your life, and what you can achieve in life! It's not just about "being confident" for confidence' sake - it will lead to success and achievement, it will help you to pursue your goals, and change the way other people view and treat you.
So Djamee, what to do to gain or regain self confidence? And why should I believe you?

You should believe me because I actually have overcome several issues I had with my own confidence. I did it without being reckless; yet now there is not much that I am lacking the confidence to do.

You can follow some of the easy steps I'm sharing with you today. I know that if you only implement them; you will to start getting good results in some area of your life that may need a boost fast.

I suggest you learn about Self Limiting Beliefs. all the way down I am sharing with you a great course including one that i took that helped me regain my confidence some of you rather read, I like both audi and video and reading so you have a choice of more in depth method to regain control of your own self confidence by getting one or both those methods for yourself.

Being shy is not natural; not having confidence is not natural either. They are both self inflicted limitations.

Situations or people can make you feel unworthy. Know that this is not what the facts are.

I am giving you personal tips to gain or regain self confidence.

* Write down clearly what you want; then next to it write down why you think you can't have it.

Be honest, I want you to be like a lawyer about it. Question why you think you can't have it? Ask why not? Why not me? Why not now?

Then write down the answer you came up with.

The response is what your reality is. For example you get I can get so and so to hear my business proposal because i have done it many times and I have a lot of success already doing a presentation.

Next you should post things around your house and write things down often. There is a way when you write things down and look at them during the day things connect naturally with the energy needed to bring about in our reality what we want FAST.

Go make ONE change today.
